A day at The Smart Factory Expo –

The team at Refined had a chat with the occasional passing robot, enjoyed freshly baked cookies courtesy of Sage, and took a glance into the future of the UK’s manufacturing sector!

We had the opportunity to listen to some insightful presentations including ‘Bridging the industry skills 4.0 Gap’ a popular topic focused around a connected curriculum.

During conversations with the exhibitors and of course the odd robot, it became apparent- The industry 4.0 revolution is no longer a trend but more so a way of working and thinking in the world of digital manufacturing!
