As Creative Design Director Katherine steers production from the Refined Studio, managing the output of graphic design, web design and print management. Specialising in particular industries including; engineering, technology, distribution and manufacturing, she has a record of success including playing a pivotal role in company-wide rebranding projects covering over 70 different brands.

Creative Content DirectorCaroline started her passion for creative writing 15 years ago working as a feature’s editor for a business publication, and in more recent years has worked in strategic roles within marketing departments.
Over the years Caroline has had content published in various industry-led publications; covering marine, aviation, and fuel-chain management. As Creative Content Director, she loves working with her clients, mapping out an effective content strategy.

Marketing AssistantBecca has a proven track record in implementing on-site SEO and technical SEO strategies, ensuring websites are perfectly tuned to perform at their best. When it comes to keywords, Becca conducts comprehensive keyword research, leading to results that drive impressive organic traffic and online visibility. Becca’s role at Refined Marketing includes day-to-day support of our marketing strategies and lead generation.
